AN ACT TO AMEND VARIOUS LAWS (ACT NO. IX OF 2003)Notice of coming into force

BY virtue of the powers conferred by articles 91, 101, 104 of the Act to amend various laws, 2003, the Minister of Finance and Economic Affairs has established the 1st day of January, 2004, as the date when all the provisions of Parts XVIII, XIX and XX of the said Act shall come into force.
