AN ACT TO AMEND VARIOUS LAWS (ACT NO. IX OF 2003)
Notice of coming into force
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 87 of the Act to amend various laws, 2003 the Minister for Transport and Communications, has established the 1st April, 2004 as the date when all the provisions of Part XVII of the said Act shall come into force.
