ANGLICAN CHURCH (PROPERTY) [CAP. 19. 1
ANGLICAN CHURCH (PROPERTY) ORDINANCE
To make some provisions concerning certain property destined for Divine Service according to the rites of the Anglican C hurch, and other property connected therewith.

Enacted by ORDINANCE VI of 1876 as amended by Ordinance XIV of
1895 and Act XXXIX of 1972.
(Property ) Ordinan ce.
Valletta, between Piazza Celsi, Strada Ponente, and Strada Teatro†,
bu ilt at the expen se of Her late Majesty Qu een Ad elaide, on a site
gra n t e d by th e Gove rnm e n t of Ma l t a , a n d d e s t i n e d fo r Divi ne Service according to the rites of the Anglican
Church, is, by virtue of this Ordinance, transferred to this church as now established.
(2) The own ership of the registers, library, plate an d furniture a ppe rt a i ning to the s a id c hurc h , a r e he re by
v e s t e d i n t h e s a id Anglican Church.

4. The said Anglican Church is, in virtue of this Ordinance, likewise vested with the right of ownership over a portion , and the

wh ich , by a deed dated th e eightee nt h of Fe brua ry e ighteen hundre d an d seventy-three, received by the said Notary George

hase d with his own money and of which he had made a donation to the same See.
