AUTHORITY FOR TRANSPORT IN MALTA ACT (CAP. 499)Maritime Pilotage (Amendment) Regulations, 2010

I N e x e r c i s e o f t h e p o w e r s c o n f e r r e d b y a r t i c l e 4 3 ( 3 ) of the Authority for Transport in Malta Act, the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport and Communications, in consultation with the Authority for Transport in Malta, has made the following regulations:

Citation and commencement.

Amends regulation

58 of the principal regulations.

2003, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.
(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into force on the 2nd January, 2010.

(a) the provisos to sub-regulation (1) thereof shall be deleted;
(b) sub-regulation (3) thereof shall be deleted; and
(c) sub-regulation (4) thereof shall be renumbered as sub-regulation (3).
