ADMINISTRATIVE JUSTICE ACT (CAP. 490)Administrative Review Tribunal (Establishment of Panels) (Amendment) Regulations, 2011

Title.

S.L. 490.04. Amendment of

regulation 3 of

the principal

regulations.

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 16 of the Administrative Justice Act, the Minister for Justice has made the following regulations:-

1. The title of these regulations is the Administrative Review Tribunal (Establishment of Panels) (Amendment) Regulations, 2011 and these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Administrative Review Tribunal (Establishment of Panels) Regulations, hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".2. Paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) of subregulation (4) of regulation 3 of the principal regulations shall be renumbered as paragraphs (b), (c) and (d) respectively and immediately before paragraph (b) as renumbered there shall be inserted the following new paragraph:

"(a) S.L.65. 15 - Motor Vehicle Roadworthiness Test
Regulations;".
