Advertisements on Street Furniture

(Pembroke Local Councils) (Amendment) Bye-laws, 2010

IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 34, 35 and 60 of the Local Councils Act, the Pembroke Local Council has made the following Bye-Laws :-

1.1 The title of these Bye-Laws is the Advertisements on Street Furniture (Pembroke Local Council) (Amendment) Bye-Laws, 2010 and shall be read and construed as one with Advertisements on Street Furniture (Pembroke Local Council) Bye-Laws, hereinafter referred to as “the principal Bye-Laws”.

1.2 These Bye-Laws shall come into force upon their publication in the Gazette.

2. In Bye-Law 3.3 of the principal Bye-laws the words “one year” shall be substituted with the words “two years”.

3. For the Schedule to the principal Bye-Laws there shall be substituted the following:

Fees due for Advertisements on Street Furniture

Size Fee due

Exceeding 2.0 square metres - 5.00 per day for every square metre (subject to a minimum of 30 days).”.
