BROADCASTING ACT (CAP. 350)
Broadcasting Act (Amendment of Fifth Schedule) Regulations, 2007
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subarticle (10) of article
41 of the Broadcasting Act, hereinafter referred to as “the Act”, the Broadcasting Authority in conjunction with the Prime Minister, has made the following regulations>-
1. The title of these regulations is the Broadcasting Act (Amendment of Fifth Schedule) Regulations, 2007, and they shall be read in conjunction with the Fifth Schedule to the Act and shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st March 2007.
2. The Fifth Schedule to the Act shall be amended as follows> (a) The words>

Citation and entry into force.

Amendment of the Fifth Schedule to the Act.

in the First, Second and Third Columns thereof shall be substituted by the words>

(b) The words>
