BANKING ACT (CAP. 371)Declaration of Bank Holidays

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (3) of article
3 of the Banking Act, the Minister of Finance, the Economy and Investment, after consultation with the Malta Financial Services Authority and with the Central Bank of Malta, has declared the 13th April 2009, the 26th December 2009 and the 2nd January 2010 as bank holidays.
