Declaration of Bank Holidays
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subarticle (3) of article 3 of the Banking Act, the Minister of Finance and Economic Affairs, after consultation with the Malta Financial Services Authority and with the Central Bank of Malta, has declared the 10th April, 2004 as a bank holiday.
