BUDGET MEASURES IMPLEMENTATION ACT, 2003 (ACT NO. II OF 2003)

Commencement Notice

BY virtue of the powers conferred by the provisions of paragraph (d) of subarticle (2) of article 6 and of paragraph (b) of subarticle (2) of article 40 of the Budget Measures Implementation Act, 2003, the Minister of Finance and Economic Affairs has established that the provisions of article 13, of paragraph (a) of article 41 and of article 42 of the said Act shall come into force on the 20th June, 2003.
