CIVIL AVIATION ACT (CAP. 232)
Airport (Passenger Service Charge) (Amendment) Regulations,
2005
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 3 of the Civil Aviation Act, the Minister for Competitiveness and Communications, with the concurrence of the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, has made the following regulations>-

Citation and commencement.

L.N. 118 of 1997

1. (1) These regulations may be cited as the Airport (Passenger Service Charge) (Amendment) Regulations, 2005 and shall be read and construed as one with the Airport (Passenger Service Charge) Regulations, 1997, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.
2005.
(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 1st August,

Amends regulation

3 to the principal regulations.

2. In regulation 3 to the principal regulations, for the words “a fee of Lm10” there shall be substituted the words “a fee of Lm20”.
