CIVIL AVIATION ACT (ACT. 232)
Notice of coming into force of the
Air Navigation (Traffic Management) Order, 2004
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 3 of the Civil Aviation Act and in accordance with article 1 (2) of the Air Navigation (Traffic Management) Order, 2004, the Minister for Competitiveness and Communications has appointed the 3rd May, 2005 as the date when all provisions of the said Order, published by Legal Notice 79 of 2004, except for article 3 (4) in relation to ESARR 3 and ESARR 4 listed in the Schedule and articles 6 and 7 thereof, shall come into force.
