Notice of coming into force of the
Civil Aviation (Aerodrome Licensing) Regulations, 2004
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 3 of the Civil Aviation Act and in accordance with regulation 1 (2) of the Civil Aviation (Aerodrome Licensing) Regulations, 2004, the Minister for Competitiveness and Communications has appointed the 1st April 2005 as the date when all the provisions of the said Regulations published by Legal Notice 80 of 2004, except for regulation 7 thereof, shall come into force.
