CHILD ABDUCTION AND CUSTODY ACT (CAP. 410)
Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child
Abduction (Amendment) (No. 2) Order, 2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 4(1) of the Child Abduction and Custody Act, the Minister of Foreign Affairs has made the following order>–

Citation.

L.N. 130 of 2000

.

Amends the Schedule to the principal Order.

1. The title of this order is the Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction (Amendment) (No. 2) Order, 2003 and it shall be read and construed as one with the Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction Order, 2000, hereinafter referred to as “the principal Order”.
2. Immediately after the Country “United States of America” and the relative Date of Commencement “1st February 2003” in the Schedule to the principal Order, there shall be added the following>–
