CIVIL AVIATION (AIR OPERATORS’ CERTIFICATES) ACT (CAP. 218)
Air Operators’ Certificates (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations,
2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 11 and 12 of the Civil Aviation (Air Operators’ Certificates) Act, the Minister for Transport and Communications, with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance and Economic Affairs, has made the following regulations>–
1. The title of these regulations is the Air Operators’ Certificates Fees (Amendment) Regulations, 2003, and shall be read and construed as one with the Air Operators’ Certificates (Fees) Regulations, 1991, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.
2. For the Schedule to the principal regulations there shall be substituted the following>–
