COURTS AND TRIBUNALS PROCEDURES ACT, 2002 (ACT NO. XXXI OF 2002) Commencement Notice

BY virtue of the powers conferred by the provisions of subarticle
(2) of article 226 of the Courts and Tribunals Procedures Act, 2002, the Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has established that the provisions of articles 227 to 232 of the said Act shall come into force on the 16th July, 2003.
