Commencement Notice
BY virtue of the powers conferred by the provisions of subarticle (2) of article 213 of the Courts and Tribunals Procedures Act, 2002, the Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has established that the provisions of articles 214 (a) (c) (d)< 215 (a) (b) (c)< 216, 218, 219, 221 (a) (b)< 223, 224 and 225 (a) (2) and (3) and (4) (a) and (b) (6) (7) (8) and (9) of the said Act shall come into force on the 16th July, 2003.
