Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by the provisions of article 2 (2) and article 254 (2) of the Courts and Tribunals Procedures Act,

2002, the Minister of Justice and Home Affairs has established that the

provisions of articles 51, 59, 60, 64, 69, 88, 89 and 146 and of articles

258 and 259 of the said Act shall come into force on the 1st September,

2003.
