CIVIL CODE (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ACT, 2007 (ACT XIII OF 2007)Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Civil Code (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 2007, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice and Home Affairs has established the 1st of April,
2008, as the date when all the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
