CIVIL CODE (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ACT, 2010 (ACT XXIII OF 2010)Notice of coming into force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Civil Code (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 2010, the Minister responsible for justice has established the 14th January, 2011, as the date when all the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
