CRIMINAL CODE (CAP. 9)
Designated Places of Detention Order, 2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 355AM (4) of the Criminal Code, the Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has made the following order>–

Title and commencement.

Designation of places of detention.

1. (1) The title of this order is the Designated Places of
Detention Order, 2003.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st January, 2004.
2. The places mentioned in the Schedule to this Order are hereby declared to be a place of detention for the purposes of the Criminal Code.
SCHEDULE
(Article 2)
1. The lock-up at Police General Headquarters at Floriana.
2. The lock-up in the building housing the Law Courts at Valletta.
3. The lock-up in the building housing the administrative section of the Police
Department at Victoria, Gozo.
