CIVIL CODE (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2007 (ACT VIII OF 2007)Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Civil Code (Amendment) Act 2007, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice and Home Affairs has established the 1st February, 2008, as the date when the provisions of article 29 of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
Legal Notice 48 of 2008 is hereby revoked.
