CIVIL CODE (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2007 (ACT VIII OF 2007)Commencement Notice
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Civil Code (Amendment) Act 2007, the Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has established the 24th of March, 2009, as the date when the provisions of articles 15, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24 of the said Act shall come into force.
