CONDUCT CERTIFICATES ORDINANCE (CAP. 77)Conduct Certificates Ordinance (Amendment) Regulations, 2011

BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by article 10 of the Conduct Certificates Ordinance, the Minister of Justice and Home Affairs has made the following regulations:-

(a) for the words and figures "Fee paid €2.33" in Form A thereof, there shall be substituted the words and figures "Fee paid €2.50";
(b) for the words and figures "Fee paid €2.33" in Form B thereof, there shall be substituted the words and figures "Fee paid €2.50"; and
(c) immediately after Form B thereof, there shall be added the following:

Citation. Cap. 77.

Amends article

4(2) of the

Ordinance.

Amends the First Schedule to the Ordinance.
