COMMISSIONERS FOR JUSTICE ACT (CAP. 291)Petitions (Local Tribunals) (Amendment) Regulations, 2009
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 13 of the Commissioners for Justice Act, the Prime Minister and the Minister for Justice and Home Affairs have made the following regulations:-

Amends regulation
4 of the principal regulations.
1. The title of these regulations is the Petitions (Local Tribunals) (Amendment) Regulations, 2009, and they shall be read and construed as one with the Petitions (Local Tribunal) Regulations,2005, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.
2. For subregulation (2) of regulation 4 of the principal regultions, there shall be substituted the following:-“(2) Such petition shall be filed in the Registry of the Board of Petitions within a reasonable time, but not later than one year from the date of the Tribunal judgement.”.
