BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by regulation 3 of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Regulations, 2007, the Minister of Justice and Home Affairs has appointed the Justice Unit as the Assisting Authority for the purposes of the above regulations, as from the 1st February, 2008.
