1. Dan l-ordni jista’ jissejja[ l-Ordni ta’ l-2003 dwar il- Kummissarju ta’ l-Artijiet (Trasferiment ta’ Drittijiet u Responsabbiltajiet) (Nru. 2).
2. L-art deskritta fl-artikolu 4 ta’ dan l-ordni hija b’dan speçifikata g[all-finijiet ta’ l-artikolu 2 ta’ l-Ordinanza dwar il-Kummissarju ta’ l- Artijiet.
3. Id-drittijiet u r-responsabbiltajiet rigward l-art speçifikata fl- artikolu 2 ta’ dan l-ordni g[andhom b’se[[ mit-13 ta’ Mejju, 2003 jitwettqu mill-Korporazzjoni g[al }vilupp ta’ Malta kif provdut fl- imsemmi artikolu.
4. L-art imsemmija fl-artikolu 2 ta’ dan l-ordni tikkonsisti f’biçça art f’{al-Luqa, flimkien mal-bini hemmhekk mibni, li tidher delineata bl-a[mar fuq il-pjanta P.D. No. 115_2002, liema pjanta ;iet transunta fl-atti tan-Nutar Vincent Miceli fis-7 ta’ Novembru, 2002.

COMMISSIONER OF LAND ORDINANCE (CAP. 169)
Commissioner of Land (Transfer of Rights and Liabilities) (No. 2) Order, 2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Commissioner of Land Ordinance, the President of Malta has made the following order>–

Citation. Specified land. Appointed day.

Description.

1. This order may be cited as the Commissioner of Land (Transfer of Rights and Liabilities) (No. 2) Order, 2003.
2. The land described in article 4 of this order is hereby specified for the purpose of section 2 of the Commissioner of Land Ordinance.
3. The rights and liabilities in respect of the land specified in article 2 of this order shall with effect from the 13th May, 2003 be exercised by the Malta Development Corporation as provided in the section aforesaid.
4. The land referred to in article 2 of this order consists of an area of land, including any building thereon, at Luqa, shown bordered in red on plan P.D. No. 115_2002, which plan is enrolled in the Acts of Notary Vincent Miceli by virture of deed dated 7th November, 2002.
