COMMISSIONER OF LAND ORDINANCE (CAP. 169)
Commissioner of Land
(Transfer of Rights and Liabilities) Order, 2006
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the Commissioner of Land Ordinance, the President of Malta has made the following order>–
1. The title of this order is the Commissioner of Land (Transfer of Rights and Liabilities) Order, 2006.
2. The rights and liabilities vested in the Malta Industrial Parks Limited (C28965) in respect of the area of land referred to in paragraph (6) of article 4 of the Commissioner of Land (Transfer of Rights and Liabilities) Order, 1992, are hereby being transferred back to the Commissioner of Land in respect of the area of land, including any buildings thereon, at Marsa shown bordered in red on plan PD_2005_357. Such plan PD_2005_357 is enrolled in the acts of Notary Vincent Miceli by virtue of deed dated 21st October, 2005.
