COMMISSIONER OF LAND ORDINANCE (CAP. 169)Commissioner of Land(Transfer of Rights and Liabilities) Order, 2010

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the Commissioner of Land Ordinance, the President of Malta has made the following Order:-

Citation. 1. The title of this Order is the Commissioner of Land

(Transfer of Rights and Liabilities) Order, 2010.

Specified land. Cap. 169.

Appointed Day. 3. The rights and liabilities in respect of the land specified in article 4 of this Order shall, with effect from the 1st December 2009, be deemed to have been exercised by Malta Industrial Parks Limited (C 28965) as provided in the aforesaid article 2 of the Ordinance.
Description. 4. The land referred to in article 2 of this Order is the following, that is to say an area of land, including any building thereon, at ejtun shown bordered in red on L.D. plan 8/92/3, which plan is enrolled in the Records of Notary Doctor Vincent Miceli by virtue of a deed of the 12th June, 1995.
