(Schedule B) (Amendment) Regulations, 2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (1) of article
171 and article 1007 of the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure, the Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has made the following regulations>–
1. (1) The title of these regulations is the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure (Schedule B) (Amendment) Regulations, 2003, and shall be read and construed as one with Schedule B of the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure, hereinafter referred to as “the Code”.
(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 1st
December, 2003.
2. The following new form shall be added after Form No. 30 of
Schedule B of the Code>–

Citation and commencement.
