CODE OF ORGANIZATION AND CIVIL PROCEDURE (CAP. 12)Duration of Judicial Sales by Auction Regulations, 2009
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 323 of the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure (Cap. 12), the Minister responsible for Justice has made the following regulations:-
Citation. 1. The title of these regulations is the Duration of Judicial
Sales by Auction Regulations, 2009.
Commencement of auction.
Sale of different items.
2. A judicial sale by auction shall commence at the time established by the Court and shall continue until the highest public bid is adjudicated.3.
