Citation and commencement.

Service of writ of summons and other documents attached thereto.

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1009B of the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure, the Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has made the following regulations>–
1. (1) The title of these regulations is the Service (Writ of
Summons and Other Documents Attached Thereto) Regulations, 2003.
(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 1st
December, 2003.
2. The service on the defendant in terms of article 157 of the Code of Organisation and Civil Procedure, of a copy of any writ of summons, declaration, affidavit of the plaintiff and other documents attached to a writ of summons shall be effected through the registrar.
