IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Code
of Organization and Civil Procedure (Amendment) Act, 2006, the Minister responsible for Justice has established the 1st January, 2009, as the date when the provisions of articles 16, 95 and 99 of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
