Co-operative Societies (Central Co-operative Fund) (Amendment) Regulations, 2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 91 and 108 of the Co-operative Societies Act, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Social Policy has made the following regulations>–

Citation.

Amends regulation

10 of

the principal regulations.

1. The title of these regulations is the Co-operative Societies (Central Co-operative Fund) (Amendment) Regulations, 2003, and they shall be read and construed as one with the Co-operative Societies (Central Co-operative Fund) Regulations, 2002, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.
2. In paragraph (1) of regulation 10 of the principal regulations, for the words “up to the 30th June” there shall be substituted the words “up to the 30th September”.
