DANGEROUS DRUGS ORDINANCE (CAP. 101)
Methadone (Prescribing and Dispensing) (Revocation) Rules,
2006
IN exercise of the powers conferred by Article 9 of the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, the Minister of Health, the Elderly and Community Care has made the following rules>-
1. (1) The title of these rules is the Methadone (Prescribing and Dispensing) (Revocation) Rules, 2006.
(2) These rules shall be deemed to have come into force on the 4th November, 2005.
2. The Methadone (Prescribing and Dispensing) Rules, 1984 are hereby being revoked.
