DANGEROUS DRUGS ORDINANCE (CAP. 101)
Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances
(Illicit Manufacture) (Amendment) Rules, 2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 22 (1D)(b) of the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, the Minister of Health has made the following rules>–

Citation.

Amends rule 1 of the principal rules.

1. The title of these rules is the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Illicit Manufacture) (Amendment) Rules, 2003 and they shall be read and construed as one with the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Illicit Manufacture)Rules, 2003, hereinafter referred to as “the principal rules”.
2. In sub-rule (2) of rule 1 of the principal rules, for the words “come into force on April, 2004” there shall be substituted the words “come into force on the 5th January, 2004”.
