DANGEROUS DRUGS ORDINANCE (CAP. 101)
Substances Used in the Illicit Manufacture of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Amendment) Rules, 2004
IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 22 (1D)(b) of the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, the Minister of Health has made the following rules>-

Substitutes Annex VII to the principal rules.

1. (1) The title of these rules is the Substances Used in the Illicit Manufacture of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Amendment) Rules, 2004 and they shall be read and construed as one with the Substances used in the illicit manufacture of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances Rules, 2003, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.
2. For Annex VII to the principal rules there shall be substituted the following>–
“ANNEX VII
”.
