DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITIES AND PRIVILEGES ACT (CAP. 191)
Application of Part III of the Diplomatic Immunities and Privileges Act (Amendment) Order, 2005
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 5 of the Diplomatic Immunities and Privileges Act, the Minister of Foreign Affairs has made the following order>–
1. The title of this order is the Application of Part III of the Diplomatic Immunities and Privileges Act (Amendment) Order, 2005 and it shall be read and construed as one with the Application of Part III of the Diplomatic Immunities and Privileges Act Order, 1966, hereinafter referred to as “the principal Order”.
2. The following organization shall be added to the list of organizations set out in the Schedule to the principal Order>
“The Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons”.
