IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 54 of the Data Protection Act, 2001 and as indicated in regulation 2 of the Processing of Personal Data (Telecommunications Sector) Regulations, 2003, the Minister for Information Technology and Investment has established the 15th July 2003, as the date on which the said Regulations shall come into force.
