Processing of Personal Data (Telecommunications Sector) (Amendment) Regulations, 2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 54 of the Data Protection Act, 2001, the Minister for Information Technology and Investment has made the following regulations>–

Amendment of regulation 14 of the principal regulations.

1. The title of these regulations is the Processing of Personal Data (Telecommunications Sector) (Amendment) Regulations, 2003 and they shall be read and construed as one with the Processing of Personal Data (Telecommunications Sector) Regulations, 2003, hereinafter called “the principal regulations”.
2. In regulation 14 of the principal regulations, for the words “one thousand liri” there shall be substituted the words “ten thousand liri for each violation and one thousand liri for each day during which such violation persists”.
