DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR MALTA 1981-85 ACT

To make provision in respect of a Development Plan for the period

1981-85.

Enacted by ACT XXXVI of 1981.

(11th September, 1981)*

l. This Act may be cited as the Development Plan for Malta

1981-85 Act.

2. The Development Plan for Malta 1981-85 published in the English language by the Economic Division of the Office of the Prime Minister in August, 1981, in the book entitled "MALTA- Guidelines for Progress", shall for all intents and purposes of this Act be deemed to be the plan which shall serve as a basis and guide for promoting and sustaining a steady economic and social progress in Malta through the years from 1981 to 1985.
