ENEMALTA ACT (CAP. 272)
Electricity Supply (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2007
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 39 of the Enemalta Act, Enemalta, with the approval of the Minister for Investment,
Industry and Information Technology and of the Minister for Resources and Infrastructure, has made the following regulations>–
Citation and commencement.
G.N. 223 of 1940.
1. (1) The title of these regulations is the Electricity Supply (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2007 and they shall be read
and construed as one with the Electricity Supply Regulations, 1939 hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.

(2) These regulations shall come into effect on the 1st March,
Amends the First Schedule to the principal regulations.
Amends the Second Schedule to the principal regulations.
Amends the Third Schedule to the principal regulations.
2. In item (vi) of the First Schedule to the principal regulations for the words “54%”, there shall be substituted the words
“45%”.
3. In Item (3) of the Second Schedule to the principal regulations for the words “54%”, there shall be substituted the words
“45%”.
4. In Item 5 of the Third Schedule to the principal regulations for the words “54%”, there shall be substituted the words “45%”.
