EXTRADITION ACT (CAP. 276)
Extradition (Designated Foreign Countries) Order, 2007
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 7 of the Extradition Act, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Justice and Home
Affairs, has made the following Order –
Citation.
Interpretation.
The Extradition (Designated Foreign Countries) Order,
2004.
1. The title of this Order is the Extradition (Designated Foreign
Countries) Order, 2007.
2. In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires –
“the principal Order” means the Extradition (Designated Foreign
Countries) Order, 2004
“the Arrangement” shall have the same meaning assigned to it by article 2 of the principal Order.
3. The principal Order shall, for purposes of the Arrangement, continue to have effect as if in Schedule 1 thereto there were included
the countries listed in the Schedule hereto.
