EXTRADITION ACT (CAP. 276)Extradition (Republic of Iceland and Kingdom of Norway) (Amendment) Order, 2010

Amends article
4 of the
principal Order.
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 7 of the Extradition Act, the Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has made the following order:-
1. The title of this Order is the Extradition (Republic of Iceland and Kingdom of Norway) (Amendment) Order, 2010, and it shall be read and construed as one with the Extradition (Republic of Iceland and Kingdom of Norway) Order, 2009, hereinafter in this Order referred to as the "principal Order".2. In article 4 of the principal Order for the words "adopted pursuant to the Treaty;" there shall be substituted the words "adopted pursuant to the Treaty published in the Gazette dated 20th November,2009;".
