Education Act (Cap. 327) Regulations For The Repeal Of Various Regulations, 2010 (L.N. 11 Of 2010 )

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred upon him by articles 74 (5) and 75 (6) of the Education Act (Cap. 327), the Chancellor of the University of Malta has promulgated the following regulations made by the Senate of the University of Malta by virtue of the powers conferred upon it by articles 75 and 79 of the said Act:

1. These regulations may be cited as the Regulations for the Repeal of
Various Regulations, 2010.

2. These regulations shall be applicable as from 1st October, 2009.

3. The following regulations are hereby being repealed with affect from 1st
October, 2009:
1. Boards of Studies General Regulations, 1996

Legal Notice 39 of 1996

2. Assessment Tests Regulations, 1997

Legal Notice 174 of 1997

3. Regulations Governing Conduct at Examinations, 1997

Legal Notice 171 of 1997, as amended by Legal Notice 259 of 1998

4. Regulations for the Degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)

Legal Notice 36 of 1992, as amended by Legal Notice 28 of 1998 and Legal

Notice 85 of 2001.

5. Regulations for the Degree of Master of Philosophy – M.Phil.
