EDUCATION ACT (CAP. 327)
University Fees (Amendment) Regulations, 2006
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 41 of the Education Act, the Minister of Education, Youth and Employment with the concurrence of the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, has made the following regulations>–

Amends regulation

3 of the principal regulations.

1. These regulations may be cited as the University Fees (Amendment) Regulations, 2006, and they shall be read and construed as one with the University Fees Regulations, 1999, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.
2. Immediately after item 19 in regulation 3 of the principal regulations, there shall be added the following new items>-

Courses Fee payable per academic year

“20. Courses leading to a Post-graduate
Diploma in Life-long Careers Guidance and
Development ………………………………………Lm400
21. Courses leading to a Post-graduate
Diploma in Education (Administration
and Management) …………………………………Lm250”.
