ECO-CONTRIBUTION ACT (CAP. 473)Eco-Contribution Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Regulations, 2009IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 13 (c) of the Eco-Contribution Act, the Minister for Resources and Rural Affairs in concurrence with the Minister of Finance, the Economy and Investment, has made the following regulations:-
1. (1) The title of these regulations is the Eco-Contribution Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Regulations, 2009, and they shall be read and construed as one with the First Schedule to the Eco-Contribution Act, hereinafter in these regulations referred to as “the Schedule”.(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into force on 1st January, 2009.
2. In the Schedule, immediately at the end of the table headed“Electronic Equipment”, there shall be added the following:
