ENVIRONMENT AND DEVELOPMENT PLANNING ACT (CAP. 504)Commencement Notice
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sub-article (2) of article 1 of the Environment and Development Planning Act, the Prime Minister has established the 11th March, 2011 as the date when the Third Schedule to the said Act shall come into force.
