Notice of coming into force of the European Works Council
(Information and Consultation) Regulations, 2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 35 of the Employment and Industrial Relations Act, 2002, and in terms of regulation 1(3) of the European Works Council (Information and Consultation) Regulations, 2003, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Social Policy has established the 5th April, 2004 as the date when the said regulations, published by Legal Notice 224 of 2003, shall come into force.
