Extension of Applicability to Service with Government
(Part-Time Employees) Regulations, 2007
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 48 of the Employment and Industrial Relations Act, the Prime Minister has made the following regulations>–
1. The title of these regulations is the Extension of Applicability to Service with Government (Part-Time Employees) Regulations, 2007.
2. Article 25 of the Employment and Industrial Relations Act and any regulations or orders made thereunder shall be applicable to service with the government.
